You don't provide enough information about what you're considering for anyone to give you any useful suggestions. Be more specific in your questions.
As I understand it, your considerations are: 1) Used Boxster S now. 2) New Cayman (non-S or S?) now. 3) Cayman later (new or used? non-S or S?)

Go to autotrader and plot prices vs. time for Boxter. The depreciation curve is the same for Cayman. Assume transaction prices are 5% to 10% lower than asking. Remember that dealers make money on transactions. You also have to pay for sale tax, at least if you are in the US. I'd wait, but I'm cheap.
