Question Source for Dow Corning 111

I'm having a bit of trouble finding a supplier for a tube of Dow Corning 111.
Performancew told me that they don't carry it anymore and I came up bust with the internet search.
Any ideas?

If you're referring to the valve lubricant, try 800-733-6107. Netherland Rubber Company in Ohio. I've never used them, but I found them using an Internet search. The company link is www.netherlandrubber.com/adhesive/compound/compound2.html

Hopefully they're still around and have it in stock.

FYI, I used "Copernic" to find them. It's an Internet search program that simultaneously performs multiple searches. Highly recommended.

Pretty hard to find. I got a big tube at a local industrial supply store, the only place in a town of a couple million that had it. E-mail me your address tonight and I'll send you an engines worth tomorrow morning on my way to work. T. Roy

Leland,

Try www.aircraftspruce.com. It was designed for the aircraft industry and any good a/c parts house has it. Also try 1 800 423 3281, which is SanVal in Van Nuys.

Most good "nuts and bolts" or industrial fastner stores either has it or can order it.
