Some Porsche Racing Videos

Some of you may have already seem a couple of these. But for those that did not I thought I would post them all in a new post. They are fun to watch.

Ahhh.. "The Chain",
I was half expecting to hear Murray Walker say something like "as you can see, he would be in the lead if there were no cars in front of him!".

I downloaded some of the videos from your website the other day. I love the sound of those vintage 911s. I'm curious, why do you split them up into 3 different videos instead of keeping them as one? Also, the Buttonwillow ones wouldn't work for me.

Vintage,

What size and make of tires are you run on that car? I looks like you have it well set-up and are very familiar with it when it starts to loose rear end grip. A function of a lot of seat time?

When I drove my buddy's 67 S at an event several years back, I found it much easier to drive at the limits as opposed to my RS clone with a big motor. Less speed or tire??? I don't know.

There something appealing to those 'skinny' tire and short wheel base early 911's.

Enjoy.

Videos

Tinker,

I am running Hoosier R6's 225/50/15 in the rear and 205/50/15 up front.
I have been racing that car for 9 years. I know it well and have a lot of time in setting it up.

About the Videos on my website. I am in the process of puttin new ones on there and some of the old ones are no lonager on the server. So I will get it fixed. As far as making one Video.. There is a limit on You tube to 10 minutes and 100 megs. So I had to break them down.
