GT2 WING On A CAB

Does anyone here have a a GT2 wing on there turbo cab? Im looking to get rid of my oem turbo tail and move on to the GT2 wing or the new Strosek tail. Can someone post some pics of this wing on a Turbo Cab slantnose or regular turbo ! Cant seem to make up my mind with all these tails , it looks like the GT2 wing will be higher in the back then the cab top when down!

Please help guys!!
George

I totally agree with you! Here's an idea: Maybe one of the resident Photoshop guys could work their magic...

Not exactly a GT2 wing but close. It's a local car.

Nice car nyne11!! Great color , when your driving your car does the tail look bulky sitting on the back? Before i make my decision on this i need to research some cabs and get a good idea of what i want! I think that new STROSEK wing with the holes like the GT2 wing looks awsome , its a little more sleeker looking!

Honestly I don't quite understand why you would ever put a race-derived wing on a car that will never be raced (cabs). Stick with stock.

I agree with those who say to leave it stock. A wing on a targa or cab just looks silly.

I agree....after seeing the pictures, the two styles just don't mesh. The lines of the coupe flow well with a wing but the cab (top up or down) just doesn't flow well. Nothing to do with whether cabs were meant to race or not...it just doesn't look right. I've got a Carrera tail on mine and I'm not 100% in love with it...maybe 90%

There has to be some boundaries of taste though. Unless you like velvet Elvis paintings and lots of white marble statues in the front yard....

I love my whaletail on my car but i just want to be different! And definatly dont want to be silly at the same time! I think i might go with the twin turbo 993 whaletail instead it is 7" wider then the stock 930 whaletail with all the same sexy curves!!

NYNE11 what color is that on your car? My car is in the shop getting stripped and i going with a simular color porsche seal grey!

Cheers,
I like your car too Dutchie! Nothing wrong with a stealth-looking 911. I just have a hard time when someone runs up their Pep Boys charge card with all the latest (and tasteless) doo-hickeys to throw at their car.
