Webber Carburetor Air Cleaner
I have a 3.0L SC engine with a pair of Webber 40IDA-3C's. These have a very ugly black airbox sitting on top of them. Where can I get a couple of custom carb filters/boxes for this application? Your help will be appreciated.

K&N sells a real nice set of brushed black aluminum covers with filters. Includes a filter for the oil box. I had a set on my '73T, real nice. You might consider the less attractive water shields if you drive in the rain.

Richard Par at PMO sells K&N water shields. They are the standard for most racers.

Would your very, ugly, black airbox fit webbers on a 2.7 in a '72 ? If they would, I might like to buy it from you to put on my Webbers. I'm not concerned right now with the appearance.

Wolfert's Tool & Machine sells a superb set of air cleaners for 3 hole Webers.
They are machined from billet aluminum. The price is a bit stout, however. They have a web site. Wolfert.com or somesuch. JPIII |

the PMO water shields are good. they come with K&N filters. woop de doo. with the rest you will get water down the throttles and in the floatbowls. the lower tray catches the water. PMO fax only 310.394.6313
