Need referral in Houston area....

Getting ready for long road trip....

Is there anyone in the Houston area that can adjust tensioners, timing, plugs, valves and misc small transmission oddities?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live over in the southwest Louisiana area. Leaving the car for a while will be no problem. I have family in Crosby, Texas that I can stay with.

Jack, the best I have found is just west of Houston in Sealy. His shop is Rennsport, name is Mike Callas. IMO, don't come any better. Mike's # 979.885.7304.

Mike Callas is probably the best shop in the Houston area. If for some reason you don't want to go that far out, there's Sam Shalala at Protechnik.

I'd recommend, and have had good luck with Phil Lightfoot, proprietor of European Cars Ltd. The shop is in mid-city area. Lots of experience with the older cars. 713-863-1911.
