Which throw out bearing for a G50 KEP clutch?

Hi

I'm a long time lurker, I hope someone can help me.

I have a 74 VW Beetle, I'm fitting a 2 litre Subaru STI motor to it along with a 1988 G50 transmission. I've ordered a KEP adaptor and KEP clutch kit.

I'm planning to buy all the G50 release bearing upgrade parts from our good friends at Pelican.

My problem is looking at the Pelican parts listing I cant work out which is the correct throw out bearing.

Is it a 950-116-080-08-M38 Throw Out Bearing, for either disc, 911 (1987-89), with rubber disc, 911 Turbo (1989)
or the 930-116-081-11-M38 Throw Out Bearing, for spring-centered disc, 911 Turbo (1976-88)

Steve
