I like it also.

Lot of history in those colors, and it's reminiscent of paint schemes that Peter Gregg had on a number of his personal cars.

Pretty tacky, and I am surprised I am in the minority. Probably has a white interior too.

Maybe the owner of the car works for BA or Air France.

The paint job is more aircraft-like than car-like when you look at it.

Maybe it's just the white base color, I don't know.

Ummmmm...............from a long hood kind of guy. What is wacky, the paint or the car?

The paint style has been around much longer than the car. IMHO the early factory racing color "white" is just that. White! Add some color spruce up that white.

I think that the picture posted by Wayne with the stripes is kewl.

Before you light the torches and start the fire, remember. This is IMHO, and Wayne asked.

Are those stripes decals or paint? I've been toying with the idea of something like that, but likely would not have the guts to do it to my car...though there's something about them that I really like....

Like it club.

It blends the rear wing into the rear flares nicely. The 959 looks slightly awkward around this area IMHO.

I don't think the 959 needs stripes. Yet got to say that I like 'em.

Just to clarify - wacky isn't really that bad in my book. I do kind of like it - it's a bit crazy with the stripes going down to the headlamps. Wacky! But in a good way...
