Shops - San Antonio

Can I suggest to the admins to make a whole section of "shops" then make subsections of states. Then each member can post a city. Saw it on a site and was easy to navigate.

Anyway Can I get yalls input for shops/parts places in San Antonio Texas or immediate surrounding area? Thanks.

Try Jones Autowerks in San Antonio, I've not actually had work done there but he did a PPI for me a couple of years ago. We had a very long phone conversation about the car which I ended up not buying. Seemed like a good guy, at least its a name to check out.

Jones rebuilt my 2.7 in 1989 and it's still going strong. I Highly recommend them and Kathy Jones can answer most any question you can come up with having to do with Porsches..

Jones are great folks - they have helped me source some odd used parts, and given me great advise on projects I have tackled myself. After you have engaged them, you can easily see that they are in this business for the love of the cars, not to make a quick buck. I have a couple of big projects that are out of my league that I'm going to have them tackle in the near future.
