windshield/ dash removal help
Can anyone tell me is there a trick to removing the glass and dash on my 70 targa. The shop has stripped all the paint and now wants to remove the glass. The glass man is afraid of my little porsche. Also does anyone know where you can get fender mount brackets in Canada.

To remove the glass, just cut the rubber seal and peel it back, remove the metal trim pieces, and you will be able to lift the glass right out. Piece of cake.

I was told the glass becomes brittle with age. So be careful with it.
