what are these struts on my '69? dreaded hydros?

these struts are on my '69. are these the hydropneumatic? they don't look like normal struts. they have 'S' caliper spacing if that helps,. thanks, Don.

probably boges with a funky attempt at a dust shield. hydros had a top and bottom filler bolts on the tube and were FAT.

the top is different. there's no tube that slides over top of the bottom part. and there's only about 5" from the top of the main tube to the inner fender mount. is the upper tube just missing?

looks like a normal boge with inner threads for the gland nut and no outer tube. only 5in probably little or no fluid inside or if there is an insert it's hooped and car is sitting low.
your lucky the inner tube didn't punch through the thrust plate
