89 speedster headroom?
Hi,
Does the 1989 speedster have much less headroom (with the top up) than a normal 911? Is the windshield significantly lower? I'm 6'6" - will I fit? I've never sat in one... -Steve |

the top is pretty useless, i recommend never being in the car with the top up. that's my general practice.

I am 5' 8" and feel cramped in my '89 speedster.
But I disagree that the roof is useless. |

I'm 6.1 and have the original el.sportseats on a lowered rack - and in this car I wouldn't mind being a tad lower.....
I often use it with the top up because of the temp/weather over here - and I would say it leaks enough.....more like a conv with bad weatherstriping Oh - speedDog - It might be for sale......with 1500 usd shipping fee
