Question for wheel builders 3 piece

Ok just a question... I have my 3 piece wheels apart and soon to be putting back together. My question is on the rear wheels I would like to reinstall the center ontop of the inner rim them outer vs center,inner and outer does anybody make rims in the order I would like to install or I'm asking for trouble with rim failure. It bolts together fine just don't know if the bolts would hold in this order.
So again my center will be the center of the inner and outer. Why I ask is for the offset would fit better.
