Wideband A/F data logging

Hello Gentlemen.

Is anyone here using this 3A2 Wideband unit?

http://wbo2.com/3a1/default.htm

I was just wondering if there was any feedback on this board.

A/F, road speed, rpm, shift light signal, temperature, logging etc.
No control, just monitoring. Good for us CIS/Carburettor blokes.

Thank you.

Yes, I have a few of Tech Edges products... and will confirm that they are quality..

Actually I have probably 12-15 different WB units in the shop now PLX, NGK ,Tech Edge, FJO, MoTec...

You wont be disappointed using the 3A2

I usually log af/rpm/manifold pressure.

Thank you Tim.

It's good to know that someone has heard of it.

There is a long thread on this by scarceller. He was doing testing for alternative fuel injector replacements. And I think he did some mods and wiring to the unit. But anyway, the thread and deatailled info, wiring diagrams and pictures. It was recent too, sometime last year.

I myself installed a wideband gauge and sensor (not this brand) in my carrera. I was looking for something that could be used in different vehicles I considered picking up a handheld one, but even with those it seems you still have to install a new O2 bung in the exhaust and run the wiring into the car. If anyone knows of a better, accurate wideband A/F meter solution that can be used on different vehicles without having to weld a new bung into the exhaust, let me know....

I doubt this exists, but thought I'd just ask. For diagnostic purposes I'd like to be able to read the A/F ratio of all the cars I own, although I don't want to go through the trouble and expense of putting in an extra O2 bung on each vehicle (especially since I don't see using the meter on the each vehicle more than once a year or so). I guess if I want it badly enough and there are no other alternatives, I just might...

I was just sent the link for the thread I referenced in my previous post, probably because I had subscribed or some other similar reason, and because someone recenlty posted/updated it....
