need good mechanic for PPI in St Louis
Hey all,
Well, after losing my '78 SC in an unfortunate accident last year, I am about to buy another from a guy near St. Louis. I have heard the name Reid Vann Imports thrown around, but there must be other good Porsche mechanics in the St. Louis area? I always like to shop around a little. Thanks, Erik

St. Louis PPI
I would highly recommend Reid Vann. I used to live in O'Fallon Illinois (30 minutes from STL) and would drive out to them for service on my 83 SC. They have mechanics that know the older 911s. They are endorsed by the STL PCA also. Good luck. Check the STLPCA site for their number. Like most good shops they are not cheap, but they are worth it. They made my SC purr!
