Post Bedding and seasoning brakes

Any opinions out there about seasoning new rotors and bedding new pads? I've got new brakes, and want to track the car on Friday. What should I do before then?

These guys seem to take it very seriously:

Laugh if you will, but we put my old race car brake pads on the grill. Use a sheet of aluminum foil, set the stuff on the foil (so as to protect the grill), set to medium high heat, and light the gas. The grill will warm the parts slowly, and will allow the curing process you desire. Works like a charm...

There is a procedure. The pad supplier usually supplies the details. For Pagids it consisted of a series of gradually more severe stops, With a bit of cooldown time in between.
Did you get your 930 brake on?

Jack,
The procedures look good, albiet with alot more anal detail than I've used. Basically those 65->5 stops are going to get you really smelling the pad material.
