Zymol

While reading through some of the past posts, I find that zymol is not zymol but turtle wax if it is manufactured in Chicago? Or something like that...Can anyone clarify? Where can i get the real deal? thanks again jer

Get the real stuff here:
http://www.zymol.com/

Or check the Zymol page for a retailer in your area.

One note, not all the retailers listed on the Zymol page sell Zymol; I went to a local BMW dealership that was listed as a retailer and the parts fellow never even heard of Zymol!

The real 'basic' Zymol wax is about $50. Some of the Estate Glazes go for hundreds to almost $2000!

Best,

Kurt

I believe the "real deal" Zymol wax comes in a jar and NOT a bottle. I also think you have to mail order it.

You can order all of Zymol's products from www.carcareonline.com

On another note, has anyone on this board used Zaino on their P-car?

I've heard that Zaino does not work well on German paints. Anyone with any experiences, please post.

Currently, I'm using P21S, with very good results on a black coupe.

I prefer the P21s to Zymol. The depth of shine is about equal and it goes on/comes off much easier.

The Zymol you buy at walmart is a Baby blue liquid in a bottle. It's about $12. The Real Zymol (that we can afford $35-$50) is a darker blue paste that comes in a small plastic can.

The Zymol in the blue bottle is a combined wax and a cleaner and the stuff in a jar is only wax you should use HD-Cleanse with it. The stuff in the blue bottle is real Zymol it contains the highest amount of real carnuba in just about any cleaner-wax. It is Zymols formula but it is just produced at a Turttle plant because Zymol's plant does'nt have the capability to mass produce as well as Turttle Wax.
This was stright from the horses mouth, Rich Fontana at fontana@Zymol.com. He is the co-owner and tech support man at Zymol.

Zymol in the blue bottle has top ranking in Consumer Reports Mag.

I use Zaino on my red SC with great results. My neighbor is a distributor. Excellent shine, easy to use, leaves no residue, not too pricey, and smells good too. I highly recommend.

Does your red SC have factory paint?
