I saw that thing on craigslist. The wheels and the turbo wing look awful IMHO.

Guy is asking $30K for what I would consider a Pep-Boys car, -$20K if those wheels come with it. -$3K if the "Turbo" tail comes with it and -$1000 for a badly needed detail.
