Mschuep has the Fabspeed premuffler with a straight pipe.
A few month back, I heard it from both outside the car & inside.
It sounds GREAT, and is not too loud at idle, but you better live in an area very tolerant of loud vehicles to run this setup.
Overall, if the local cops tolerate an open pipe Harley, then you shouldn't have a problem.
With the number of bikers, construction vehicles, heavy trucks, and heavily modified Japanese cars in my area, unless one rev's it to >5K right in front of a cop, it's not a problem.
