Koni compression/extension

Rear adjustable Koni's on a '69. Model 80-2088. Not installed.

True or False?

When compressing or extending by hand the shock will stay at the position where you stop. In other words, not pressurized or "self extending".

Oddly, I've never adjusted a Koni. I suppose I expected to have to hold it in the compressed position to adjust.

Thanks guys

All 80-xxxx Konis are simple oil shocks. There is no pressure within so they won't move from where you leave them.

Compress it fully, then turn to adjust. It's range should be 2½ turns.
