SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA’S ‘PORSCHEPHILES’
HEAD TO WORLD CLASS MOTORING
ON SUNDAY, MARCH 9

WHAT: Southern California’s ultimate automotive lifestyle source, World Class Motoring, will welcome the region’s Porsche collectors and enthusiasts with a special event at its Agoura Hills headquarters and showroom on Sunday, March 9.

The gathering will be highlighted by a variety of displays including the works of renowned racing history artist Nicolas Hunziker, a book signing by Porsche author and historian Susann Miller, and rare memorabilia from Porsche aficionado John Bell.

To showcase Porsche’s historic lineage, Southern California’s “356 Club” and local chapters of the Porsche Club of America and the Porsche Owners Club have plans to fill World Class Motoring’s parking lot with an array of rare and collectible performance vehicles.

In addition to the stunning automotive showcase outside, guests will be provided with first-hand look at World Class Motoring’s selection of unique gifts, including fine automotive art and sculptures, books, apparel, accessories and premium car care products.

Here's my contribution to the event poster: It features Tony Adamowicz in David Piper's Porsche 917K at the 1000kms of Monza in 1970. Incidentally, Tony is the only American to have driven the 917K in anger (in period). Signed copies by Tony Adamowicz will be for sale at the event as well.

How funny, I was just thinking on the drive home, it would be ashamed if I just drove up the highway and didn't go to the fun roads!
I'll see if Aeran and her Beemer M coupe want to come. She thinks everyone on these runs are very cool. I just tell her, hey we drive Porsche's!

OK- so here are some ideas for breakfast run

Meet 8:30 am at the Gelsons on Mul hwy and Mul drive in Calabasas ? do a pre eat run thru twisties and end up at PCH near Las Virgenes. Coogies for breakfast ?

then run back thru the twisties (what better way to settle breakfast?) to Agoura for the opening at 11

any better ideas?
