69T Door locking issues…

I am having issues getting my drivers side door to lock….

The key turns a few degrees and then just hits a wall…. It is also not possible to depress the interior button. A couple of questions.

Is there anything in the lock assembly, rods, etc in the door that could cause this. I couldn’t see anything.

Is there a simple guide for setting up the door alignment with the striker plate. I could see that if the ‘cam’ on the door did not clear the aft of the striker bar there could be issues. I need to by the hex/splined type (?) tool to adjust the striker plate. Can anyone tell me what size this is? The bolts in the striker plate do not appear to have any slots. Do the bolts in the body float in a similar fashion to the door hinge attachment points to allow adjustment?

Lots of questions….

Thanks
Sam
