HELP will a 914 heater controle fit a 911sc

I am curious if a 914 heater controle will work in a 79 911sc? They look the same and wasnt sure. Thanks,

I can't say for sure about the dash controls, but I do know that the engine compartment heater blower will work perfectly, the only mod to be done to the 914 fan is to remove its fan, and then install the 911 fan in its place. The 914 fan structure is opposite of the way a 911 can is made. But they do work great after the mod. Plus very low cost for the 914 fan motors. But, I just can say about the dash controls. Are there any part numbers on it to see I we can cross it out with another part that has the same numbers, then it should work just fine. Good luck!! Tony.

I can check tomorrow, if nobody else replies definitively, but I do know that you would have to use the heater cables from the SC. When my cables got bent in my SC, I tried to use the cables from my 914 to replace them. They are WAY too short.
