Are these Hella 118s correct for '69-'73?

Those are not 118s. They are TN1/TN2s. The case and reflector/bulb type are correct for US cars but the lenses are wrong.

Thanks SATMan, are replacement lenses even available for 118s?

Brent, 118 lenses are going to be a different diameter than the TN4s. Do you have 118s for sure? They are an entirely different type of light. I haven't seen any available except keeping an open eye on ebay etc. I haven't tried to source them from PNA myself. Which type are you looking for? Fog lenses or driving light lenses?

Sounds like I misunderstood. I thought that the lens was the only difference between these. I figured the 118 driving light lens could be adapted to these to make them correct.
