OEM Nardi for a '66 912?

I did some searches and most of the Nardi wood steering wheels look to have the momo aftermarket bolt pattern. This wheel does not.... Is this an OEM wheel for a 1966?

No - it's an aftrmarket Nardi wheel.

The last Porsche that had (an option) of a Factory-fitted Nardi wheel was the 356A.

While they might look the same, the Nardi bolt pattern is a silly millimeter or two different than the Momo. You have to use an adapter to mount a Nardi wheel to a Momo hub and vice versa. That wheel probably has a Nardi/Personal hub, if there is no adapter ring under it.
