2.2 911T engine questions
 
I.m going to look at a 2.2 'T' engine tomorrow and am wondering if anyone has any comments. This one is apart, and is reported to have many new parts (incl P&C). The heads are currently being 'done'.
I'm thinking that a 2.2 would be OK if it is cheap, but paying real bucks to get someone else out from under the cost of a rebuild ought to make me look elsewhere for more hp. I think the rebuild was to stock specs, not 'S' or larger displacement.
Any words of wisdom or thoughts on the 2.2? Anything I should look out for? TIA
