Post Just posted pics on the 911 gallery

Well I finally took my car out for some pics and I have posted them at the cheaterswayside site...listed under 82SC...

Just some shameless self-promotion.
And some beautiful views of SoCal...

Also to all the owners of the odd color cars...mine is the champange color...the bronze color that Porsche used on its Weissach edition 924, 928, and 911

At first I did not like the color and was shamed by it, and my friends would tease me about it, but now I am starting to really like it and it is growing on me...it has that classy look of the 70's and 80's...and it is in good condition and there is no reason to spend 7500 for a new paint job...I actually like the porsche's with odd colors...tangerine, blue, dark blue, etc...

Plus all the porsche shops, body shops and paint shops have complimented the color being unique and porsche-ish...my friends are all 996 fans so their opinions suck!

Question

I too took my car out for a couple of pictures but I cannot find how to post a picure. I know it's been discussed endlessly. Is the search mechanism down? Any help will be appreciated.

Just type this and the pic should appear:

Uploading the picture is probably the hardest part. I like webshots for image hosting www.webshots.com

Car color is great, somebody needs to polish the background though; it looks a little hazy.
Where was the pic taken?

campbellcj is right...well sort of...it is Palos Verdes on the tip of the Los Angeles Peninsula, but it is at the top of Hawthorne before it ends at PV Drive...

down the hill and then a left turn will take you to the spot Wayne from Pelicanparts took those wonderful shots of his 356 near the lighthouse

If you look hard enough you'll see me waving from the other side of the Pacific

Nice car, nothing wrong with the colour!
