Question Carrera Tensioner (Misc.)

Does anyone know the diameter or radius of the oil line (smaller one) that feeds the Carrera style tensioners?
Here's a picture of what I mean...

Thanks!

Matt

Outer diameter or inner diameter? And why do you need to know?

I'm curious to know exactly what the force range is for the tensioner over in the RPM domain (for the oil that is, not just the spring), so inner diameter would be the answer (figured outer would be easiest to get).
