Went down to the local P-car dealership to dream about a 930 I saw parked there. While there I thought I would see how much for a front spoiler for my 86 carrera. They said $291.00 I was astonished. He checked his inventory and found one that had been sitting there for 6 years. he gave it to me for $180.00 with all hardware. I scooped it up paid for it and ran out of there like it was a bank and I just took a million dollars. I wonder what other kind of parts dealers have that they would like to get rid of because they have been sitting for some time. Good day for me!!
Makes up for the punctured ear drum I suffered at work this weekend. |

I love my local dealer. Super cool guys and it remains $65/hour. To those of you that have been helping me with various things I am sad to say I just gave up and took it to dealer today for the works. (I still will do shift rod seal!).
How the hell did you puncture your ear drum? Only things smaller than your elbow should go in your ear (or something like that..I can't recall the whole saying). Joe 68L Targa sporto. |

I am in the coast guard and would like to say it was in the line of duty but it was while doing what my mother warned me not to. I was cleaning my ear with a q-tip and acidently hit it with my hand and pushed it to what I thought was my brain it hurt so bad. You can tell people that it was while jumping in the water to help people though I wont mind.
