ball joint age a problem?

My 911 is 21 years old but has only 35,000 miles. A vibration on most rough (but not most smooth) roads is there from 60-80. Could the ball joints be to blame? Searches always talked about miles not age. Did brake disks, wheel bearings, tire balance and sway bar bushings already.
