Suspension upgrade for 82SC - questions

I am researching a suspension upgrade for my 82SC and would like your opinions/experience. I use the car for Driver Eds (at NorCal tracks), AX and street. I want to remain in Improved class per PCA rules.

I have received a quote on a setup that consists of the following:
Cambermeister, 22mm rear sway bar, Bilstein comps in front, Koni sports in rear, plus Neatrix rear spring plate bushings. I'll be running 225/50/15 Kuhmos.

My questions:
1. Any opinions on the difference between the Weltmeister and AJRacing adjustable sway bars?
2. Any problems/concerns matching the upgraded struts with stock torsion bars and stock front sway bar?
3. Any other comments on the above setup?

Sorry for the long question. Looking forward to your input,
Mike

Have you already changed the torsion bars. I'd give that a go before the sway bars. I changed over to 22/28 on my 78SC and the difference is improved, without too much degregation to a daily driver. I also upgraded to Neatrix rear bushings. The improvement is good, but there I came from the facotry worn bushings. Is the car lowered? That is probably the cheapest way to improve the handling. As for the shocks, I've not heard of mixing and matching, although I'm sure its done.

Also replace the front bushings with the Weltmeister "Street Hardness" polygraphite, or the track hardness if you don't mind the squeaking. Neatrix on the rear is a good choice.

I have not upgraded my torsion bars yet, but I plan too in the future. From what I have read, this is the single best upgrade for improving extreme handling...like DE and AutoX. I have read that the sway bars do not make much of a noticable difference...but again, I have not tried them.

Nick.
