Great exploded view parts charts

Maybe everyone but me knows about this web site, but if you have an 84 or later model 911, msroadrace.com has the most complete site of exploded parts charts that I have ever seen. There are thumbnail pages that you can expand to full page size, check it out at: http://www.msroadrace.com/Table%20of%20contents%20ALL.htm

Great post, Kurt. If you pause the cursor on each thumbnail, it'll describe the page you're looking at. Very helpful.

I hope they got permission to post those diagrams -- they are scanned right out of the factory parts manuals. They could easily be $$$sued$$$ big time by PCNA / Porsche AG if they're not authorized to duplicate and publish those materials.

Neat pictures, but how do you determine what the part number is, if you're interested in ordering a part.

You can't just say I need part 36 from picture ??????. While these pictures are interesting, I question how valuable they are unless you can get the actual part number.

There are also similar pages on the Pelican site from (what looks to be) Porsche parts books.
Must be ok, or Wayne would have heard about it long before now.

Just a hint:

Last week I've got the exploded parts binder for my '76 from my Porsche Dealer. Its the same type of diagrams like in this link or on the Pelican site. No 911... part numbers though.
Coming as copies in a grey binder, it costed:
DM 58.-- which equals about US$ 26.-- incl. 16% VAT !!!!

So worth checking-might be much cheaper than e-bay stuff or even net-download.

(After that I was screwed with the exhaust gaskets, OK, OK)
