Getting my Bearings

Hello Everyone,

I have a 83 911 SC, just pulled rear bearings out all is well, just a small question, which end goes in first on the bearing. I know there is a tapered and roller in this little package, but it is not indicated on the bearing itself.

I am replacing them, so the brand new ones are nice and clean and cold (freezer), just not sure which end is up.

Can you help, your posts are great and very helpful by the way, kudos to everyone.
