SIR Tools Feeler Gauge

I received my SIR .004 Holder/Gauge today and I noticed the edges of all the .004 Gauges have a sharp raised edge where they were sheared from the stock material. As far as I know the entire surface of the gauge should be the same thickness but, unless I am mistaken, the edge is the least important part. I foresee this edge making it difficult to insert/extract the gauge.

Unless someone thinks it's a bad idea I'm going to carefully sand the rough edge off the gauge with some 600 Grit leaving the center of the gauge untouched.

Also recieved the 101 Projects book and noted Wayne's Signature and Date, that's pretty neat huh?
