911 front nearside indicator not working
Hi Guys,
The CAR: 1981 930 turbo bodied 911 SC on a 1974 shell. The car passed it's MOT (annual UK Government regulated vehicle testing), only a few days later for the front nearside front-bumper indicator light is not working. It's not working for both when I switch on the hazards and the left turning the indicator stalk. There is no current & no continuity going to the bulb holder. The Bulb is good though. The nearside front wing indicator is working. Now I'm guessing at this point that the wiring from the indicator to the fuse box is broken and is its a case of replacing the wiring between the indicator and the fuse box, or does it splice into a circuit with the wing indicator elsewhere? I've tried chasing the wire back up the narrowest point of front wing grommet and cannot follow it through to the inside of the bonnet/front hood area. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers, Jaz |
Hi can anyone suggest a few pointers please.
