Hi folks,
I just wanted to get some suggestions for a good all-around Porsche video to start my collection. I'd like something that shows a little racing, traces the 911 model line, includes some shots of cars being hand-built at the Factory... that sort of thing. This is the video I would watch the night before a race to get myself all psyched up. And don't bother suggesting "Le Mans" - that already goes without saying!! I did catch the last 15 minutes of the History Channel show "Automobiles" on the 911. Seems like a few posters thought it was well done. Is it worth the $20? thanks ------------------ '71 911E with Webers Golden Gate Region PCA |

How about No Mans Land. No history or racing but never the less, exceptional scenes. I cherish that movie!

"Victory by Design" is a 90 minute film with backing from the Porsche factory. Cars from the Porsche museum are used.

I would also recomend The History Channel video. My wife bought it for me a couple of years ago and I still watch it often. It is a great overview and well worth getting.
Thanks, Charlie |
