A couple of tips if you decide to install the subject mounts. These two piece mounts use the existing carrier and they need to be pressed together to install into the carrier.

To remove the old mounts from the carrier, I drilled about 8 quarter inch holes in the rubber and then used a large C clamp while the mount was still in the vise to press out the old mount.

To press the new mounts together into the carrier, I used a 12 x 1.5 x 70 bolt, 12 nut and 4 thick washers, the bolt mounted in a vise and a 1/2 inch impact gun after I made sure it was aligned with a wrench.

Of course, if I had a hydraulic shop press, this would have been a bit easier.

Really helpful thank you. Couple of variations. I used a bipod puller to push out the old mounts and I made some 60mm discs from 3mm steel with a 12mm centre hole. And finally I spray painted the metal bodies before I inserted the new mounts.
