still trying to determine exact caliper

We are still trying to determine the exact caplipers that have been put on the rear of the 914-6. We know they are not the original rears.
We thought they were 84-89 carrera fronts. Things just don't seem to match up.
Specs once again.
They have a 3" odc bolt spacings ("M" calipers)
They have 42mm pistons ("A" calipers)
They have a 14mm spacer ("A" calipers)
They fit on a 24mm rotor utilizing a spacer to center the caliper on the rotor
They have pads that are 61.25mm wide X 44mm tall. (pad area only)
The pad pin spaceing is 45mm odc
They are single bleeder cast iron.

Everything I have read on Bill Verbergs site has different pad sizes.
A definitive answer would sure help in ordering pad. It took us three rebuild kits to get one that would finally work.

they are wide M, from the back of an '84 - 89 Carrera
this is the pad, except for warning sensor notch

Thanks Bill for the answer. The drawing helped. Perhaps if Pelican has a brake wiki they could include the pad drawings for each of the calipers as another method of identification. In combo with the other information.
