Wheel spacers - need a little more room
I believe I've got 1/2 (15mm) wheel spacers on my car now. I get some rubbing on the inside of the wheel well near the trunk from time to time. Figure I'd but the stance out a bit. Problem is, it seems like everything the next size up requires the adapter to be bolted to the hub (so adapter, not spacer). I just got and installed longer wheel studs because the 1/2 spacers the PO put on didn't give enough bite.
I hate to now pound those out, and bolt more stuff on. Any advice??? Todd

Sounds more like the front tires are turning too far. Or you've put on wider front tires and so are having this problem. I believe someone makes a steering limiter to go on your tierod to fix this. Hope this helps.
