1970 911T Fuel Pump

I'm finally getting around to putting my fuel pump back into the car, since I had the gas tank out during the replacement of the front pan. It has been a year and a half, so I've forgotten a few things like....

Which hoses go where on the fuel pump? It's one of the three outlet Bosch pumps, but I removed all of the lines and can't determine which of the two smaller lines go where.

OK David, let's give this a try. I've got a 70T and did the tank hookup after replacing the tank and hoses. You should have Bosch pump #0580960009 for carbs. Mine is located in the smugglers box. I think some were in the rear. The connections should go to the same places. Now, visualize the pump horizontal with the electrical connection pointing upwards. The lines will connect as follows:
Top hose connection (small) - From here line goes towards tank and connects to a Y fitting which connects to line to banjo fitting attached in center of three holes in center rear of tank. Third line from Y goes to rear.
Middle hose connection (small) - Connects to line to rear of car. Steel thru tunnel I believe.
Bottom hose connection (large) - From here line goes towards tank and connects to fitting on left which has filter screen attached internal to tank.
Note - There is a third opening in the tank on the right. Nothing is attached here and the hole is filled with a large screw.
It's not as difficult as it would appear although some of the working spaces are a bit tight. Not unusual on the 911.
Good luck. Gary

The schematics are on the PET which is on the Net now. Pelican's diagrams may have it also.
