Sharam
Bob at APPBIZ here Looks like a faily straightforward fabrication job. We could certainly make them. But I would need one to borrow to use for measurement. Any Idea where I could borrow one? Bob |

Harderst thing to duplicate would be those ugly welds..... Showed the pic to my guys here they shook their heads. Would have to put one of our beginners on it!

Bob, how about you order a set from:
www.rnr-porscheparts.com/pdf/GTR911R.pdf and I buy the set from you when you figured out how to duplicate them. I just don't want to pay almost $200 for these little hinges. PM me and we find a way together. Thanks, Shahram |

Just spoke with Hank at GT racing, good guy, he has these in stock. Would be silly for us to make them and split the very limited customer base. Suggest you give him a call.

ErichW on the Early 911S registry was making these in the past(only with nicer welds).

Pin and safety wire or cotter pin as shown in the above picture looks alot cleaner than a bolt with Nylock nut. Is the one pictured above the OEM unit?

Also notice that the Repros are quite different from the one pictured, Bolt hole placement quite different. John Are those on your car? Are they the OEM ones? If so why did the guys reproducing them deviate from the factory design? Radiuses and bolt placement.
