Cowl and pedal area sheet metal, swb vs later

Is there difference in cowl area sheet metal between SWB and e.g. 1976?
And similar other question, is SWB pedal area section same as on later longhood models?
Loads of rust to repair...

Yes, there are differences. The biggest difference would probably be when they changed the pedal area and trunk floor to accomodate the brake booster.

Thanks, good to know.

How about cowl panel, could I use replamecemt pieces (or even replace whole cowl) using later panel or do I need to find SWB one?

You probably need to hear from a guy with a SWB. All of mine are LWB and my memory isn't good enough to remember all the details on the earlier cars. Finding good parts from a SWB...probably not easy....
