Post Stalling at 50mph, any suggestions?

Last weekend my 72 911T stalled twice, while travelling at around 50mph. It was a smooth stall that lasted only a second or two. The engine then started right back up, back fired once and then ran as usual.

This also happened once at idle as well.

It is a 2.4 motor with MFI.

Any suggestions? Bad gas? MFI problems? Electrical? All of the above?

Thanks.

I would check the fuel filter.. and electrical connections to the fuel pump.

Where/what would be the most likely connections to check? The more I think about it the more electrical is seemed.

I would start checking the relay/relay contacts and the fuse panel.
Then check the electrical connections at the fuel pump itself. Maybe a crimp is loose/detoriated.
