Windshield washer filler neck. Help

Hi

I need to replace the windshield washer fluid filler neck. The one with a little plastic cap that shows up once you open the fuel door (left fender).

I don't know how to remove it. Is the fluid reservoir right under the neck? Is the neck part of the fender?

Any help would be really appreciated.

Without knowing the year of your car, I'm going to guess it's post 1974, so most likely the washer fluid resevoir is located under the front left fender, just behind the headlight bucket. It is connected to the filler neck by a hose (take a look under the fender, you should see it). I don't know how to replace the filler neck/cap, but you may be able to figure it out by looking or, better yet, someone else will post that has done the removal.
