Reliamechanic in Lake Jackson

I have purchased a 911 and had it trucked to a colleagues place in Lake jackson Texas. Now I want to have a mechanic go and inspect it and fill in tech inspection form from the insurance company so I can get it insured. I will then fly in from Norway, take out temp tags at the Council tax office and drive it to Maryland.

So i am looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic in that area that can take the form i e-mail to him, go to where the car is and inspect it, fill in form and scan and e-mail it to me.
