I finally finished rebuilding my H-1's tonight(with help from posts here, thank you everyone). There are a ton of little pieces in there and it sucks to loose one while you are adjusting them. Anyway, they are bright now and not scary at night and I fixed the door stay too(don't ask).

So what is a good project for 1 am after all that is done? Well make a pair sunglasses to match the car obviously....I'm losing it. Feel free to post your embarassing "taking it too far" ideas.

Nice side script colors. I am wondering what colors to mix on my red RS replica. Front and rear trim is black. I am thinking of adding another color or two. Anyone have any good ideas? I like viper green, and a lighter pastel blue. I have been looking thru the web to see what others have done with a red car, but have not seen anything other than the typical black and white....

Blau, Black and white plus red? Pastel blue with Black would look sweet too.

rnin, sure I could help. My "rebuild" was mild I guess. New lenses, new bulbs, clean/lube everything, new gaskets around the lenses and between the light and fender. I didnt re chrome my reflectors or anything.
