H4's from our host - bulb or no bulb
The description at the top says a bulb comes with the black ring one, but the part description says no bulb.
Not sure if I should order a bulb or not?? I'll call them tomorrow I guess. Todd

I bought the black ring ones from our host over a year ago, and they came with bulbs - both main and parking lights. YMMV.
