No switched power all of a sudden?

Wired up pertronix (had to trim the base of the rotor for it to fit...bye bye rev limiting function) last night and figured out where stock harness connections go. Turn the key, engine turns over but no start.

No spark! Why?

Looks like no switched power at the bottom fuse with the key in run position. The top fuse has constant 12v with switch off. The bottom fuse looked good. WTF?

The car started and ran with the crane XR/HI6 setup until the XR box failed and has since refused to start. When the crane XR700 blew, could it have taken out the ignition switch somehow?

I'm starting to get frustrated and am going to just call a local shop and have the car towed there soon if I can't figure this out.
