Calling all fans of the 901....

Is there an information source where I can improve my knowledge of the structure of the body shell and suspension of early (pre 1969) ? or some cut away type drawings or pictures for 901 ?

I am considering a full restoration of a matching numbers RHD 1967 911s. This is a UK car and hence needs a fair bit of work on the bodyshell due to corrosion. Does anyone have pictures of their own experiences, or a good book or reference material they can recommend?

I am still driving the car however am told the area around torsion bar tubes is in need of 'some love'. I think my plan will be to lay the car up once it is no longer safe to enjoy in its pre-restoration state.. and save some cash for a few years for the restoration..

I would love to hear about other people's experiences / advice,

many thanks Rich
