Spotted a powder blue 74 Carrera in Fremont, Ca today

Spotted a powder blue 74 Carrera in Fremont today. Just wondering if it belongs to anyone on this forum. Was trying to catch up with my Odyssey, but couldn't do it. It didn't sound like it was a stock 2.7. Just curious to know what was underneath it. Also had quad lights on the hood, very cool looking.

One of my favorite cars of all time. Farking beautiful and sounds like heaven.

He's got a few youtube vids posted (i think it was youtube) where you get a glimpse of it. I'd LOVE to see a feature on that car in E.

did I miss something, like the youtube vids?

Beautiful Gulf Blue 911. Is it a 73? Immaculate body work, a feast for the eyes. I also like the silver grey 3.2. The silver 911T has rear alignment issues I think. I wish I didn't notice these things, argh!

Hey John,
It was great meeting you a couple of months ago in Mountain View. Saw your car today in Hayward. Sorry didn't get a chance to come by and chat. My favorite 74 Carrera by far. Vids/pics don't do this car justice. You should see and HEAR it in person. Really nice car.
Did you see the white 74 Carrera? 15k original miles. Unbelieveable condition.

Hello All
Thank You for the nice comments...

I am sorry I do not have any more vids of the car aside from the one I posted on youtube. I do plan to take another vid soon, hopefully a better one...

The car is an original '74 US Carrera #335 and the motor is built by a close friend (Felmir Singson) awesome engine builder, he has also built a few rgruppe members motors.
The tripple outlet rally muffler are the mufflers we convert, Pelican sells them as well.
We are currently sold out...

2.7 decals, I bought it off a fellow rgruppe member who makes them, I ended up taking it off and saved it. I can sell it to you if you want?

Peter, Yes I know Frank who owns that 15K original miles '74 carrera, very nice car.

MY '74 is an original color Gulf Blue car.. most of its paint is still original, front end has been re-painted due to a couple of owners back have tried to removed the orignal 911 decal on the hood and scratched the original paint, so the front end has been repainted.

Rusnak, silver with rear alignment issues? Which car are you referring too?

My friend who did all the final tuning on my carbs (before I replaced all new tires) would spin the old bold tires on 1st and get sideways on 2nd gear. That would be a cool vid

Yes I'll try to get some new vid soon.. Hopefully some good ones, need to find a secluded canyon road. I will not push the car, hate to see it crashed

Rusnak,

He says it's a '74. Has impact bumpers.

The silver 911T has it's front wheels cranked to the left, (move up 6 pics) that's why it has the 'lean' in the pic from the rear... that's not an alignment issue.

If you guys are referring to my '71 911T on the pics above, that car has definitely no alignment issues....

The suspension on that '71 silver 911T are all new (new bushings, turbo tie rods, adjustable spring plates) and aligned and corner balanced, handles great...

I have sold it recently, no longer own that car.
